Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing or using the PilotControl desktop app or subscribing through the control.pilot0.app portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the software.

2. Description of the Service

PilotControl is a service for scheduling and publishing content (videos, images and carousels) on supported social networks, managing replies to comments and messages with the help of artificial intelligence, and administering several brands. It is used from the desktop app for macOS and Windows, from the Cloud web app (app.pilot0.app) and from compatible AI assistants, such as Claude or ChatGPT, that the user expressly authorizes.

3. License and Subscription Model

Every new account starts with a free 7-calendar-day trial of the Full package, at no charge and without registering a card. After that you can continue on the free plan: a single brand, up to 6 different social media accounts (one per network), up to 3 connection keys and 20 posts per UTC calendar month, counted per destination. Publishing the same content to 4 accounts uses 4 posts. Manual and scheduled publishing remain available within that quota; comments, bots, private messages and rules stop being available, and their data is kept.

Full costs USD 9.99 per month and allows comments and posts with no commercial quota, as well as bots, private messages and their rules. Technical, storage, security and connected-platform limits still apply, as do the reasonable-use conditions in section 6. Earlier Desktop subscriptions and gifted or special-term access keep their current conditions; this update does not by itself change their charges or remove rights already granted.

The subscription grants a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable license to use the features of the contracted plan on your authorized devices while it is in effect. Network matches between accounts are a private informational signal: a shared IP does not prove abuse and does not by itself cause an automatic block.

4. Local Storage and Data Privacy

In local mode, the desktop app stores your files, histories and AI interactions on your computer. If you use the Cloud or connect an AI assistant, the content, posts, statistics and comments needed to provide the service are stored on our servers. The Privacy Policy details which data is processed, with whom it is shared and how long it is kept.

5. Acceptable Use and Platform Rules

The user is solely responsible for the content published through PilotControl and for complying with the community policies, terms of service and guidelines of each connected social network. PilotControl is not responsible for suspensions or restrictions imposed by third parties due to misuse or the publication of content not allowed by those platforms.

6. Reasonable Use of the Plan and Suspension

Each plan is intended for the regular use of one person or a small team with their own brands. PilotControl may limit, restrict or suspend an account, in whole or in part, at its discretion when it detects use disproportionate to the contracted plan; for example, managing a very large number of connected accounts, brands or clients with a single subscription, or a volume of posts, messages or automated processes that clearly exceeds what that plan contemplates. When possible, we will give notice by email first and propose an alternative. For agencies and companies with that type of use, a business plan with its own conditions will be available later.

7. Payments and Cancellation

Subscription charges are processed automatically each month through the secure Stripe payment gateway. The user can cancel the subscription at any time. After canceling, access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on this web page.
