What is PilotControl?
PilotControl is a platform for managing multiple social networks in one place, online or from the desktop app. It lets you publish and schedule content, manage comments and direct messages, configure AI replies and view analytics by post and social network.
Can I publish the same video to multiple social networks?
Yes. Upload your video once, choose the destination accounts and it goes out to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X as a single post. PilotControl shows you the status of every delivery.
What can I do with comments and direct messages?
You can review comments, reply to threads and organize items that need attention. The private inbox brings together Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp conversations. You can also configure AI replies and review the drafts before sending them.
How does comment-to-DM automation work?
On Instagram and Facebook, a keyword in a comment can trigger a private message. You configure the opening message and the follow-up sent after the person responds.
Which social media analytics does PilotControl show?
PilotControl brings together views, reach, impressions and interactions. You can compare posts and networks, group the same video and export a CSV. Where reported, it also shows watch time, average view duration, retention and subscriber changes.
Does AI use my brand’s information when replying?
Yes. You can define a manual containing your brand’s tone, information and boundaries. Rules use that context and a configurable autonomy level, with drafts for cases requiring review. Your manual is stored in your workspace, and AI uses it as context when replying.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Not on the Web plan: PilotControl runs on our servers even when your computer is off. On Desktop, automations that depend on the app run while it is open and resume pending work when you start it again. YouTube's direct connection publishes immediately and does not schedule.
Is PilotControl available in English and Spanish?
The PilotControl website is available in English and Spanish. You can explore the features and download the software from either version.
How much does PilotControl cost?
The Desktop plan costs USD 4.99 per month or USD 39 per year. The Web + Desktop plan costs USD 9.99 per month or USD 79 per year. Both include a 7-day free trial when you create your account, without a credit card, with every feature. Check the pricing page for the current terms.
What is the difference between Desktop and Web + Desktop?
On Desktop the heavy lifting — uploading and delivering videos — is done by your computer over your connection, so there is no video quota. On Web + Desktop our servers do that work: today you can use it entirely from your browser, with nothing to install, and publish with your computer off. Hybrid sync with the app is in development. The plan includes a monthly quota of 500 videos delivered and up to ~400 new short videos or photos (20 GB). Comments, messages and AI have no quota on either plan.
Where are my videos and data stored?
On the Desktop plan, files and your working database are stored on your computer. On Web + Desktop they live in your hosted space, on our servers. In both cases the necessary content is sent to social networks when publishing and to AI services when you use those features. The portal handles your account, license and billing.
Can I manage multiple brands and use more than one computer?
You can manage unlimited brands and accounts on both plans. Desktop allows one active computer at a time; you can release it and link another from your account. Web works in your browser today. Synced desktop app access for PC and Mac is in development.
What systems does it run on?
The web version runs in a modern browser, with nothing to install. If you prefer the desktop app, it is available for macOS and Windows 10 and 11; check current availability on the downloads page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel renewal from your portal account without a penalty. Access continues until your paid period ends. Refund conditions are explained in the refund policy.
