Connect your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X and WhatsApp accounts
Networks are connected from Connections: choose the network, sign in to it and grant PilotControl permission. You don’t share your password with PilotControl and you don’t need to pay for outside services to connect or publish.

Steps
- Create a brand with New brand. If you run a single project, one is enough.
- Open Connections and choose Connect accounts.
- Pick the network, sign in to it and accept the permissions it asks for.
- Repeat for each network. You can connect several accounts on the same network.
Which account each network needs
- Instagram: a professional account, business or creator. Switching is free in Instagram’s settings.
- Facebook: a Page you manage; personal profiles can’t be published to.
- TikTok and YouTube: your account or channel.
- X: your account, for publishing only.
- WhatsApp: a WhatsApp Business number. The integration is in beta.
If a connection stops working
Networks expire permissions every so often, or revoke them when you change your password. When that happens, the account shows a warning in Connections: reconnect it and everything picks up where it was.

Before you start
Does PilotControl store my Instagram password?
No. You sign in directly on the network, and the network gives PilotControl a permission you can revoke at any time.
How many accounts can I connect?
As many as you need, in as many brands as you want. There’s no cap on any plan.
Do I have to pay anything extra to connect my networks?
No. Connecting and publishing are included; you don’t need to sign up for outside services.
