One video, every network, one upload
PilotControl publishes the same content to several social networks at once: you upload the video once, pick your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X accounts, and each network gets its own version in the format it expects. No downloading, re-uploading or copying captions network by network.
Each network gets what it needs
- Different text per destination: a long title for YouTube, short copy for X, hashtags for Instagram.
- YouTube has its own title field, separate from the description.
- A cover chosen per destination on the networks that allow it.
- Individual status for every delivery: if one network rejects the video, the others still go out and you see why.
Your video quality stays intact
PilotControl sends the file exactly as you uploaded it. It doesn’t recompress it to make it smaller, so every network receives the same quality it would get if you uploaded it by hand from its own app.
TikTok: publish directly or send to the inbox
On TikTok you can publish directly or send the video to your TikTok app inbox, to finish it there with the network’s own sounds or effects. In that second case TikTok only receives the file: you copy the caption from PilotControl and paste it in the app.

Which networks can I publish to at the same time?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X. WhatsApp is used for messages, not for posting. LinkedIn and Reddit are on the way.
Does cross-posting the same video hurt its reach?
None of these networks publishes a rule that penalizes posting the same video on other platforms. What does help is adapting the caption and cover to each one, and PilotControl lets you do that per destination.
Can I publish to several accounts on the same network?
Yes. You can connect several Instagram, TikTok or YouTube accounts and choose which ones each post goes to. There is no account cap on any plan.
