PilotControl schedules posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X: you pick the content, the destination accounts, the date and the time, and the post goes out on its own. Everything scheduled sits in a calendar and in the Scheduled list, with the status of every delivery.
How to schedule a post
- Open Create post → New post and upload your video, photos or carousel.
- Pick the brand and the destination accounts. You can write different text for each network.
- Choose to publish now or pick a date and time. The post moves to Scheduled and shows up in the Calendar.
- Once it goes out, History shows the result for each destination separately.
Which formats you can schedule
- Videos and reels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X.
- Photos and carousels, on the networks that support them.
- Stories on Instagram and Facebook; stories longer than 60 seconds are split into parts automatically.
- Instagram trial reels, which are shown to non-followers first.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Not for a scheduled post to go out. On both plans the video is uploaded when you schedule it, and it then goes out on time even if you turn your computer off. What differs between plans is automation: on Web + Desktop, AI replies and bots run on our servers all the time; on Desktop they run while the app is open and pick up what’s pending when you open it again.
One exception: if you connect YouTube directly from the desktop app, that connection publishes immediately and doesn’t schedule.

Before you start
Can I schedule the same video to several networks at once?
Yes. PilotControl uploads the video once and schedules it for every account you choose on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X, with its own text for each network if you need it.
Can I cancel a scheduled post?
Yes. Until it goes out, the post is listed in Scheduled and in the Calendar, where you can cancel the schedule or publish it right away.
