Option 1: each network’s own scheduler

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok let you schedule from their own tools. That works for one or two networks; with five, it means uploading the same video five times and checking five calendars.

Option 2: a tool that schedules on all of them

A social media management tool uploads the video once and delivers it to each network on time. What matters is where the post is stored: if it’s on a server, it goes out even with your machine off.
