What changes between Desktop and Web + Desktop
Both PilotControl plans include every feature. The difference is where the work happens: on Desktop (USD 4.99 a month) the app installed on your computer uploads videos and keeps your files; on Web + Desktop (USD 9.99 a month) everything runs on our servers and you use it from the browser.
Desktop
- App for macOS or Windows 10 and 11, with one active device you can change from your account.
- Your files and working database stay on your computer.
- No video quota: the limit is your disk, your connection and each network.
- Scheduled posts go out even if you turn your computer off; automations run while the app is open.
Web + Desktop
- Used from the browser, with nothing to install.
- Publishes and replies even with your computer off: AI replies and bots run all the time.
- Monthly quota of 500 videos delivered to networks and up to 20 GB of new videos or photos, with 10 GB of active storage.
- When the quota runs out, no more videos are delivered until next month; replies and bots keep working.
- Sync with the desktop app is in development.
How to choose
If you post a lot of video and work from your own computer, Desktop is cheaper and has no quota. If you want AI to handle comments and messages around the clock, or to work from any browser, choose Web + Desktop.

Desktop is USD 39 a year and Web + Desktop is USD 79 a year, charged once.
Can I move my data from desktop to web?
Yes. When you move to Web + Desktop, the desktop app uploads what you had stored on your computer to your workspace on our servers.
