Free plan, billing, cancellation and refunds
PilotControl has a Free plan for publishing. Every new account also gets 7 days of Full with every feature, no card, and then stays free with no charge. If you want more, choose a monthly or annual plan, cancel renewal whenever you like, and your first purchase has 14 days for a full refund.
Free and your first days
- 7 days of Full with every feature when you sign up, no card.
- When they end you stay on the Free plan: one brand, up to 6 different networks and 20 shared slots for posts published this month, scheduled posts and drafts. No automatic charge.
Plans and prices
- Free: USD 0.
- Desktop: USD 4.99 a month or USD 39 a year (about USD 3.25 a month), no limits on your computer.
- Full (Web + Desktop): USD 9.99 a month or USD 79 a year (about USD 6.58 a month), from any browser.
- The annual pass is charged once and doesn’t renew without your confirmation.
- Unlimited brands and accounts on both paid plans.
Cancelling and refunds
No lock-in: cancel renewal from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your first purchase can get a full refund within the first 14 calendar days if the software doesn’t meet your expectations or has a compatibility problem that can’t be solved.

Am I charged automatically when the Full days end?
No. No card is asked for: when they end you stay on the Free plan, with no charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel renewal from your account and keep using PilotControl until the end of the period you paid for.
