AI that answers in your voice, with your information
PilotControl answers comments and direct messages with artificial intelligence using your brand manual: the tone, the information it may share and the topics it must avoid. You choose whether a reply goes out on its own or stays as a draft for you to approve.
Turning it on
- Open Automations → AI replies and write the brand’s general reply manual.
- Decide whether it answers post by post or through Autopilot, which also covers new posts.
- Pick which comments it answers and how much it may decide alone.
- For direct messages, switch on the Message bot for each account in the same section.
The brand manual
Each brand has its own manual: how it talks, what it sells, prices, hours, links and boundaries. AI uses the brand manual as a reference. You can review replies before sending with Strict review mode.
Four autonomy levels
- Permissive: answers almost everything.
- High coverage: answers a lot, more carefully.
- Balanced: only answers when the manual backs the reply.
- Strict review: keeps everything as a draft for you to approve.
Which comments it answers
You can have it answer every comment, only questions, only emojis and congratulations, or everything except emoji-only comments. Rules apply per post or, with Autopilot, to every post of a brand.

Before you start
Which networks does the AI reply on?
It answers comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. X doesn’t provide comments to outside tools.
Can I review replies before they’re posted?
Yes. On Strict review everything stays as a draft in the inbox and nothing is sent until you approve it.
Do AI replies cost extra?
There is no separate PilotControl charge or quota for them: they’re included in Desktop and Full, and during the 7 days of Full for new accounts. Free plan with 20 shared slots for posts published this month, scheduled posts and drafts; no limits from USD 4.99 a month on Desktop (on your computer) or USD 9.99 on Full (Web + Desktop, from any browser), with unlimited brands and accounts. New accounts get 7 days of Full with no card.
Are AI replies available on the Free plan?
No. Free covers publishing and scheduling; AI replies and bots come with Desktop, Full and the 7-day Full period every new account starts with.
What if the AI doesn’t know the answer?
On Balanced it only replies when the manual backs the answer, and everything else waits in the inbox for you. If the same questions keep coming up, add them to the manual.
