Which account you need
Facebook allows outside tools to publish to Pages, not to personal profiles. If you manage a Page, connect it from Connections and choose which one to use.

Before you start
Can I post to my personal Facebook profile?
No. Facebook only allows outside tools to publish to Pages. PilotControl publishes to the Pages you manage.
Does it answer Messenger messages?
Yes. Your Page’s direct messages land in the inbox and the bot can answer them with your brand manual, on its own or as drafts.
What happens if Facebook rejects a post?
PilotControl shows the reason in that destination’s status, and the other networks in the same post still go out. Fix the caption or links before sending it again.
