All your comments and messages in one inbox
The PilotControl inbox brings the comments on your posts and the direct messages from your networks into one screen. Filter by account, post and status, reply without opening each app, and mark what you’ve handled as resolved.
What lands in the inbox
- Comments from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, together with the post they belong to and their replies.
- Direct messages from Instagram and Facebook.
- WhatsApp conversations.
- AI-written reply drafts, for you to approve or edit before sending.
How you work it
- Open Inbox and choose Comments or Direct messages.
- Filter by account, post or status to see only what’s pending.
- Reply from there, read the full thread and mark the conversation as resolved.
What the networks don’t let anyone read
TikTok comments and their replies come in, but not TikTok direct messages: TikTok doesn’t hand those to outside tools. X provides neither comments nor messages, so there PilotControl publishes and conversations are handled in its app.

Before you start
Can I reply to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube comments from the same place?
Yes. The comments inbox shows Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube comments together, and you reply to each one from there without opening the network’s app.
Does the inbox include WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp conversations sit next to Instagram and Facebook direct messages, and they can have automatic replies too.
Can I see TikTok direct messages?
No. TikTok provides comments and their replies, which are in the inbox, but not direct messages. Those are answered in the TikTok app.
