What the networks don’t let anyone read

TikTok doesn’t allow reading comments or messages from outside its own app, and X doesn’t provide those reads either. That’s why those two networks aren’t in the inbox: PilotControl publishes to them, but conversations there are handled in their own apps.

Can I reply to Instagram and YouTube comments from the same place?

Yes. The comments inbox shows Instagram, Facebook and YouTube comments together, and you reply to each one from there without opening the network’s app.

Does the inbox include WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp conversations sit next to Instagram and Facebook direct messages, and they can have automatic replies too.

Why don’t I see my TikTok comments?

Because TikTok doesn’t allow reading them from outside its app. PilotControl publishes to TikTok and shows its analytics, but comments are answered in TikTok.
